How It Works

The caller makes a call to the telephone connected to your PC and hears the Greetings and any Announcements; the caller is then presented with the following:

1- Audio Response
3- Business Hours/Location
9- End Call

If option 1 is selected the caller will hear the following instructions:

Please enter your account number followed by the pound (#) sign.

System waits for response then

The caller will prompted to:
