Terk Trim one of the stars of the SEA Exam 2004 was proudly one of the
28 recipients of the 2004 scholarship. Terel placed fifth nationally
and would be attending Napaima Girls College.

FNCU: Who were your greatest supporters in preparation for SEA 2004?
TEREK: My mom Ann Marie Trim and Father Selwyn Trim have been outstanding.
FNCU: What is their relationship with the First National Credit Union?
TEREK: I
understand that they are two of FNCU’s valued customers who have
dedicated more than 25 years of service to First National Credit Union.
FNCU: What do consider are your strongest attributes?
TEREK: My
parents say, I am dedicated, very competitive, very persistent and
disciplined. But for me I really like to assist other people with their
work.
FNCU: What is your favourite subject and what is your choice career
TEREK: Mathematics is my favourite subject, and I would really like to be a paediatrician.
FNCU: Tell us your SEA scores.
TEREK In English language I got 99%
Creative Writing 100%
and in Mathematics 97%
FNCU: What are some of your other achievements?
TEREK: I
won many prizes and awards in essay competitions, quizzes and
Mathematics competitions e.g. Atlantic Essay competition, and Powergen Quiz.
FNCU What words of inspiration would you like to offer other students and parents
TEREK “ Hard work really pays off”
and to parents: “ Believe in your children and push them forward”
